Abstract: The knowledge on certain taxa of the genus Lethe is updated. The syntype series of Lethe camilla rufa Mell, 1938 were examined and this taxon was found to be what known nowadays as L. guansia Sugiyama, 1999. Therefore the taxon rufa Mell, 1938 is raised to species rank and a new junior synonym is purposed: Lethe rufa Mell, 1938 stat. nov. (= L. guansia Sugiyama, 1999 syn. nov.). Lethe bipupilla Chou & Zhao, 1994 is resurrected from the synonym of L. trimacula and treated as a bona subspecies, viz. L. trimacula bipupilla stat. nov. Two taxa, Lethe trimacula pekiangensis Mell, 1935 and L. trimacula kuatunensis Mell, 1942 are confirmed to be junior synonyms of L. trimacula trimacula. Lectotype has been designated for Lethe camilla rufa Mell, 1938. Adults and male genitalia of the aforementioned taxa and related ones are illustrated.

摘要：分类单元Lethe camilla rufa Mell, 1938的群模标本被检视，证实其实为广西黛眼蝶L. guansia Sugiyama, 1999之首异名，故将其提升为独立种，即红黛眼蝶L. rufa Mell, 1938 stat. nov.，并将L. guansia Sugiyama, 1999处理为其次异名（syn. nov.）。舜目黛眼蝶Lethe bipupilla Chou & Zhao, 1994被证实为重瞳黛眼蝶L. trimacula Leech, 1890的有效亚种，故将其从重瞳黛眼蝶次异名中恢复，即重瞳黛眼蝶舜目亚种L. trimacula bipupilla stat. nov.。迈尔描述的重瞳黛眼蝶二亚种，即北江亚种Lethe trimacula pekiangensis Mell, 1935及挂墩亚种L. trimacula kuatunensis Mell, 1942被证实为指名亚种之次异名。本文亦对分类单元Lethe camilla rufa Mell, 1938的选模作出指定。
